Contracting Officer
Amanda graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and joined the team at Fasttrack Staffing in January 2020. During her tenure, Amanda has had the opportunity to complete Technical Writer HQ’s Proposal Writing Certification Course, attend career fairs and networking events, lead RFPs on various topics in HR and IT and meet with current and prospectives clients. Amanda loves the flexibility of her job and the variety it offers: each day brings something new and different. Outside of work, you can find Amanda adventuring around the city with her dog Henry!
Intermediate HR Consultant
Naeemah (Nay-ee-ma) holds a Bachelor of Arts, specialization in Political Science and First Nations & Indigenous Studies from the University of British Columbia. She began working with FTS in October 2022 and has completed both Gender Based Analysis Plus training (2020) and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) certification (2024). Naeemah is passionate about DEI and breaking down barriers in hiring. In her free time she enjoys curling up with her cat and a good book.

Kaylie holds a Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in Communications and Fine Arts from the University of Ottawa. She began working with FTS in June 2018 and is currently working through her CAPM Certification. When Kaylie isn’t working, you can find her going on long walks with her corgi, Frank, reading at the park, or trying to learn a new craft hobby.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University. She has worked with FTS for over 7 years and successfully completed the Government of Canada Appointment Framework Knowledge Test. Sam has an active lifestyle, loves being outdoors, playing ultimate frisbee and rock climbing.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. Since founding Fasttrack Staffing in 2008, he has delivered 100s of staffing processes, completed dozens of classification initiatives and led large-scale organizational redesign. Prior to founding the company he worked as a Director with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, as well as in private sector. Anthony is an avid swimmer and a passionate player of Dungeons and Dragons.

Laurence has a Master of Arts in Lettres françaises from the University of Ottawa. After gaining over four years of experience in Education, she joined the FTS team in September 2023. Laurence completed a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certification Course in 2024. In her free time, Laurence enjoys spending time outdoors.
Senior HR Consultant
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bishop’s University. Prior to joining FTS in 2018, she worked in healthcare administration and human resources at The Ottawa Hospital and the Eastern Ontario Laboratory Association. Heather values inclusivity and collaboration in HR initiatives. She loves working with so many different types of teams with diverse expertise and focus, so her favorite step in any process is meeting candidates during interviews. Outside of office hours, you’ll probably find Heather walking or biking along Ottawa’s many pathways or enjoying a local coffee shop.

Shelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Psychology from Carleton University and completed a Diversity and Inclusion Certification Course in 2024. She began working with FTS in November 2016 and her favourite part of her job is gathering client needs and designing assessment strategies for their staffing processes. When she’s not at work, Shelley enjoys attending concerts and outdoor music festivals.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts, Specialization in French-English Translation from the University of Ottawa. She began working with FTS in January 2015 and successfully completed the Government of Canada Appointment Framework Knowledge Test later that year. Patricia’s favourite part of her job is coaching candidates to help them reach their full potential. When she’s not at work Patricia is busy trying to carve out time to stay active while parenting two young kids.
