Candidate Coaching
Group seminars or one-on-one, we share our staffing expertise directly with candidates to give them the tools to succeed. We offer a 10% discount on coaching services to the following groups: full-time students, recent graduates (within 4 months of graduation date), Canadian Armed Forces members, and veterans. Clients must provide supporting documentation in order to receive the discount.

One-on-One
General Overview
- 1.5-hour seminar led by one of our experienced HR consultants
- Overview of how Government of Canada staffing works and what to expect as a candidate
- Not tailored to a specific staffing process
- Cost: $200
Application Review
- Coach will review client's draft application against the job posting prior to submission and provide feedback and edits
- Coach will meet with the client over MS Teams for 30 minutes to respond to any questions and help workshop responses
- Cost: $200
Exam Coaching
- Coach will draft a mock exam based on the exam invitation received by the candidate
- Coach will proctor the exam for the candidate and mark their submission
- 1-hour review session to provide feedback on the candidate's exam responses and respond to any questions
- Cost: $350
Interview Coaching
- Coach will develop a mock interview based on the invitation received by the candidate
- Full mock interview will be conducted in a format that matches that of the actual interview as closely as possible
- Coach will provide feedback on responses provided and respond to any questions
- Cost: $400
